On Sept. 30, I experienced an unforgettable milestone—seeing my debut novel on the shelves for the first time! Sis’s Stories, a Lansing-area mobile bookstore run by the amazing mother-daughter duo Shante and Callie, became the very first shop to carry my book.
My husband Jeremy and I rode out on the Harley for this special moment. I got to sign a copy and leave behind some bookmarks and stickers for future readers.
