What is a street team?
A street team is a group of enthusiastic readers who voluntarily help spread the word about the Lone Star Mavericks MC Series in exchange for exclusive perks. Street Team members go on “runs” to earn points and uplevel their tier in the club.
The Lone Star Mavericks MC Ride-or-Dies street team features five tiers:
- Prospect
- Full Patch Member
- Road Captain
- Sergeant-at-Arms
- VP
If you join now, you’ll be recognized as a charter member. This patch can’t be earned — only given. It’s only bestowed upon the first members to join the street team.

Street Team Tiers
Charter Members
Only bestowed upon the first members to join the street team. This patch can’t be earned — only given.
No tasks required — this is about loyalty.
Prospect
Awarded to members who complete at least one monthly run. You showed up. You’re in the club.
Runs might include:
- Sharing a post from @RachelEsterlineAuthor on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
- Posting a photo of your book (shelfie, reading spot, aesthetic flat lay, etc.)
- Leaving a rating and review on Goodreads or Amazon
- Promote virtual events, live readings, or signings
Full Patch Member
Complete 3+ monthly runs. You’re not just along for the ride — you’re helping lead it.
Runs might include:
- Sharing your review on BookTok, Instagram, etc.
- Creating original content featuring the books (TikTok, Reel, aesthetic post, etc.)
- Participating in a street team challenge or giveaway promotion
- Post reviews on release day
Road Captain
Awarded to members who consistently show up with high-impact engagement — consistent posts, ARC reviews, event support, and word-of-mouth.
Runs might include:
- Pitch the series to a book club, library, or local bookstore
- Recommending the series in a Facebook group, Reddit thread, or reader community
- Sharing a quote graphic or promotional asset provided by Rachel Esterline
- Share pre-order links and countdown posts
Sergeant-at-Arms
Reserved for members with sustained, exceptional dedication to the series. They protect the brand, rally the readers, and keep the energy high. This isn’t about miles on the road. It’s about power.
Runs might include:
- Serving as a point of contact for street team questions or coordination
- Providing early feedback on promotional materials, blurbs, or graphics
- Helping moderate or energize the street team community space
- First access to ARCs with commitment to post reviews on release day
VP
Awarded to one long-term member who goes above and beyond. The right hand to the prez — Rachel Esterline.
Runs might include:
- Helping Rachel Esterline plan and execute street team initiatives
- Serving as a liaison between Rachel Esterline and the broader team
- Leading hype campaigns around new releases, cover reveals, and events
- Organizing local grassroots promotion (book clubs, signing support, word of mouth)
